One book tells you what to do.The other knows that it's hard.

I write for anyone holding up both ends at once — the ones who raised you, and the ones that you’re bringing up.

The novel

I’m Fine

Everyone in Larkin knows Hank Delaney is fine. He says so himself. Three states away, his daughter half-believes him, because believing him is easier than the alternative.

Out 20 April 2027

The workbook

The Aging-Parent Operating System

The paperwork, the money, the care, and the conversations nobody starts. Verified, current, and built to be worked through — with the myths cleared away and a plain “here’s who to call” on every hard question.

Not a checklist. An instrument.

Who’s writing this

I’m Tina.

I write two kinds of book about the same thing. One is the practical version — what to gather, who to call, what people get wrong. The other is what it actually feels like when a parent starts to go.

I live in Raleigh, North Carolina, and I’m somewhere in the middle of this myself.
